Since Over het IJ Festival 2009 I initiate, develop and host a theatrical Talkshow that brings experts and artists together to share their insights on topical and challenging themes.
Over the last 3 years the talkshow became a multi-disciplinairy programme with talented singer-songwriters and young playwrights to create new work inspired by the topic – the Talkshow aims to be an interdisciplinairy, humoristic and thought-challenging evening.
Over het IJ Festival is thé site-specific theatre festival at the shores of the IJ. Just take the relaxing ferry trip across the water or a sunny bike ride when coming from Amsterdam-Noord, and end up in the vivid heart of the festival on the former NDSM shipyard. Eleven days long, you get the chance to experience big and small performances at yet to discover, unique and surprising locations.
